Your credit score is made up of three numbers, and these numbers can be the difference between approval and rejection for a job, a car, an apartment and so much more. Your score is based on what appears on your credit report. That is just one of the reasons why it is important to check your credit report regularly to make sure it’s accurate. Staying on top of your credit report is also a great way to detect and minimize your risk from identity theft.
