We’re able to help you without the usual required down payment as we structure your loan into two loans:

  • 80% of the loan into one loan at a fixed rate
  • The rest of the loan (20%) into a second loan at a fixed rate

As a borrower, we’ll require a credit score of:

  • 680 with a Debt-to-Income ratio no greater than 40%
  • 730 with a Debt-to-Income ratio no greater than 45%
