A Zero Down Mortgage lets you finance 100% of the purchase price of the home, up to $1,000,000 with:
No Money Down
No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI)
We’re able to help you without the usual required down payment as we structure the financing of your new home into two loans:
80% of the purchase price of the home into a first trust mortgage loan product.
The rest of the purchase price of the home (20%) into a second trust mortgage loan product.
Here are a few things to keep in mind.
You must have sufficient funds to pay the closing costs associated with purchasing a home and have three (3) months of mortgage payments in reserves.
Your credit score must be at least 680.
The property you are purchasing must be in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C.
We have fixed and adjustable rate options for both the first and second trust mortgage.
We offer the convenience of an online mortgage application. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Getting your financing lined up with a complete approval (not just a qualification) prior to making an offer on a property is a sound strategy. It can help you get the best deal possible especially if you plan to make a minimal down payment.
Don’t lose a significant amount of negotiating ability. Be perceived as a strong buyer. That’s why it’s very important to get full loan approval in advance and in writing to include when making an offer.
