eDocs and eNotices

Our new eDocs widget in Online Banking allows you to more easily access your e-Statements and electronic notices like year-end tax documents. You can easily register for eDocs and view your statements and notices in Online Banking.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log onto Online Banking

  2. Click More... on the bottom of the left-hand side menu

  3. Look for and Select the eDocs widget under More...

  4. Subscribe

  5. Agree and enter the 5-digit code from the PDF (you have to open the PDF to ensure that you will be able to open future e-Statements)

  6. Sit back and enjoy receiving e-Statements!


It's here! We're pleased to announce (drum roll please) your credit card transactions are now visible in the Mobile App and Online Banking!  Log on to either and click on your Accounts to see your transactions.

Steps to set up external accounts

This is a new benefit that allows you to add another credit union, bank, home loan, student loan, or investment accounts to your ACFCU Online Banking view. This allows you to have a consolidated view of all your financial accounts which saves you so much time logging in to each one separately. Track your goal progress and see potential issues that much sooner.

  • Set up the external accounts in Online Banking on your desktop/tablet

  • View accounts that have been setup in both the Mobile App and Online Banking

  • Accounts are synchronized each time you log in

  • If you have Snapshot view setup than you'll see the external accounts there saving you even more time on balance checks

Supported Account Types

These are the support account types that you can add:

  • Savings

  • Checking

  • Credit Account

  • Line of Credit

  • Investment Accounts

  • Commercial Loan

  • Construction Loan

  • Consumer Loan

  • Home Equity Loan

  • Military Loan

  • Mortgage Loan

  • Student Loan

  • Loan Account

  • Aggregated Account

Whatever setting you have in place to view your ACFCU accounts also apply to external accounts.

Note: By default, Account Types are automatically assigned to the External Account type class.

In addition:

  • It’s secure – multi-factor authentication with your chosen image, security phrase, and questions

  • You can also choose to enable two-factor authentication every time you log in to your Online Banking Account to help prevent unauthorized logins

    • You'll put in your password and choose to either ender a code that you have emailed to you or answer your security questions

    • To enable the feature:

      1. Login to your account in Online Banking

      2. Click on your name in the top right corner

      3. Click Settings

      4. Click the Security tab

      5. Turn Two-Factor authentication on

  • Interfaces with Quicken (2014 or newer)

  • Provides a Help function on every screen

  • Includes financial tips throughout the site
