From the comfort and safety of home you can now activate new cards, order replacements for lost or stolen cards, perform Credit Card balance transfers and cash advances, and even set up travel notifications. Now there's no need to wait in the drive-up line or call during business hours to do these activities.
In the Card Management Widgets in the Mobile App & Online Banking:
Credit and Debit Card Activation - select the Set Up button on your new card and then select the Activate button. Your card is now ready to be used. Don't forget to add it to your Mobile Wallet for contactless payment!
Credit and Debit Card Replacements - report a card as lost or stolen and request a new card which will have a new card number. The 24/7 phone number to report any fraudulent transaction is provided.
Credit Card Cash Advances - advance money from your Credit Card right into your account.
Credit Card Balance Transfers - set up your balance transfer without calling us to process it.
Credit Card Rewards - see your total Credit Card reward points in the Mobile App & Online Banking. Use Online Banking to redeem your reward points.
Credit and Debit Card Travel Notices - create travel notices so your card will continue to work when you are outside of your normal locations.
Update Credit and Debit Card PINs by Phone - the 24/7 number to update your Credit or Debit Card PIN is provided.

Top Seven Features of Our Mobile App & Online Banking
1. Enrolling Is Fast & Easy
You only need a few pieces of information to get started: your ACFCU member number, your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, and at least 2 of the following: date of birth, email address with ACFCU, your zip code. Go to the “Login” box on ArlingtonCU.org to register and follow the prompts from there.
2. Mobile Deposits
Need to deposit a check? Let our Mobile App do the work for you so you can skip the drive-up line at a branch. You can also set up direct deposit for paychecks, tax refunds, etc. In Online Banking you can quickly and easily set up free Bill Pay – don’t worry about writing and mailing checks anymore.
3. Secure Messaging
Send us a Secure Message through the Mobile App or Online Banking Message Center widgets. Unlike your regular email, which is unsecured, you can include sensitive account information. We will respond by close of business.
4. Cash Advances From Your Credit Card
You can make cash advances from your ACFCU Credit Card without having to call us or go to a branch! Log in to the Mobile App or Online Banking and use the Card Management widget to advance the amount you want into whatever Share Savings or Share Checking account you choose.
5. Transfers Between Credit Unions and Banks
Transfer money between your ACFCU accounts and your accounts at other banks and credit unions through our Mobile App and Online Banking. All you'll need is your other financial institution's routing number, your account type (checking, savings, loan) and account number.
6. Making Loan Payments
In the Mobile App or Online Banking you can easily make loan and credit card payments through the Transfers widget for instant payments.
7. ATM Locator
Utilize the ATM Locator in our Mobile App or Online Banking to identify other ATMs that are convenient to your home or work that take deposits. Most ATMs at other credit unions on the list do take deposits. It's always best to email/call them to confirm.
